Student Recital Registration Form

For this special event, there will be a photographer to capture photo and video of your kiddo on stage. All photos and video are provided to every parent after the recital for you to cherish this wonderful memory.

The Student Recital fee per student is $99.
This includes the student's performance, photos, video, certificate award, and their gift bag!

$49 is collected this month in September, and the remaining $50 will be invoiced as we get closer to the Recital Date
(Late November, early December)
